About Us
Sewickley Ridge is a well maintained, upscale development designed as an age 55+ community of active residents with a clubhouse, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a community garden and other amenities. The luxurious 8,000 sq ft clubhouse, including workout facilities, pub, meeting spaces, library, and catering kitchen is a popular place for residents to gather and for individual relaxation. There are many organized activities and clubs – such as biking, hiking, golf, bowling, gardening, cards and pickle ball as well as numerous social events that support a dynamic lifestyle. Tom’s Run Nature Reserve, a 317-acre forested property owned and managed by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, borders Sewickley Ridge on two sides.
Located in the suburban North Hills of Allegheny County, our community is 12 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh with its world-class cultural activities and restaurants and less than 30 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport. Just off Duff Road in Ohio and Kilbuck Townships, it is close to Interstate 79, Interstate 279 and Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard). The Pennsylvania Turnpike is only 15 minutes to the north. The zip code is 15143 for the Sewickley Post Office. We are also within 20 minutes of major retail shopping areas in Robinson, Ross and Cranberry.
Sewickley Ridge is organized as a Planned Community Association and governed by an elected Board of Directors. Our community is comprised of 241 units including 147 detached units and 94 semi-detached units.
